Participate in exercises that improve agility and footwork. In addition, participate in activities such as intensive strength training, speed and agility drills and endurance conditioning.
Intermediate students should aim to identify and improve in areas where they are lacking. Persistence and self-awareness are required when seeking improvement.
Start playing with strength and develop high percentage play. Having shot placement awareness.

Introduction to the basic techniques: forehand, backhand and volley. Mainly groundstrokes; forehand and backand; and basic footwork.
Warm-up and injury prevention execises ranging from hip, waist, shoulder, wrist and leg joints. Introductory exercises to build power and speed for improving performance.
The attitude of the beginner should be patience to get the fundamentals correct, without rushing to have a match play with friends.

Whether you are seeking for best tennis lessons from expert tennis coaches with highest levels of experience for your children, aiming to compete in school, make their varsity team roster, Tenez Academy provides the platform to maximize their potential.
With tennis camps available throughout the year, you can find tennis program to improve your children’s game during nearly every break in their school calendar.
Similar to our core program, we strongly believe in providing quality coaching, not quantity and thus our tennis camp takes only limited number of students. Being smaller and more intimate, we can take an individualized approach to help your children to improve their tennis skills significantly.

Notice of cancellation must be provided at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled camp. A cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the total tennis camp fee will be charged unless a valid medical certificate (MC) is provided.

If notice of cancellation is given less than five (5) days before the scheduled camp, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total tennis camp fee shall apply, unless medical certification is provided.

If notice of cancellation is received less than 48 hours before the scheduled camp, the full amount of the tennis camp fee shall be charged.

Camp registration closes 10 days prior to the start of each camp.

Camp check-in is on Monday, and check-out is on Friday.

Camps are available year-round, with January-March, June-August, and December as the most popular months among students.

It’s important to book at least 3 months ahead to reserve your spot and ensure availability.

Campers can extend their camp stay while on campus, pending training slot availability.

Our Summer tennis camp offers the longest duration, spanning from the end of May to end of July. This extended period allows campers to fully immerse themselves in the camp experience and make significant strides in enhancing their tennis skills. With the flexibility to participate in a longer camp, campers have the opportunity to receive extensive training, practice, and coaching, which greatly contributes to their development as tennis players.
